With over 30 years of Clinical Naturopathic experience, Katrina Ellis formulates these products with the thought of her clients, children, friends, family and herself in mind. Producing products with the highest quality of ingredients with the intention of each and every product having the potential to perform in the body as intended. Created and made in Australia supporting local industry.
Of course – liposomal products will not break a fast. If you are taking capsules simply take with your first meal of the day.
Our monthly sale falls on the third Friday and Saturday of every four week month and on the fourth Friday and Saturday of every five week month.
Our monthly sale is instore and online, you can call, email or come instore. Our Wholistic House range is up to 20% off and our other suppliers are up to 15% off. Please note to purchase the other suppliers you will need to contact the clinic to purchase, these are not available on our website. To be eligible for sale you must place your order and pay during the sale weekend.
Thank you for your interest in stocking our supplements. If you would like to distribute or sell our products, please email an enquiry to our clinic and we will get back as soon as possible. We do not accept everyone for distribution – we need to ensure we are the right fit for each other first.
Shipping
Yes, we ship all over Australia with Australia post and Couriers.
We can also post overseas, with Australia post or DHL depending on what country we are sending to.
You also have the option to pick up from our shop if you are local!
If you notice a mistake on your order and want to make a change, please call or email us immediately. We do our best to get your orders out as soon as possible, so there may be a chance we can make a change in time before being shipped!
Returns and Exchanges
To return an item, please ensure the product is in the same condition as you received it. Contact our Clinic within 14 days of receiving your order. Please organise your own shipping. We cannot return products that have been opened, unless you have been notified otherwise.
Services
Yes, we love telehealth or zoom consults. To do this, we ask that you send in a hair sample for our on-site tools. We need 5-10 strands of hair an inch long, wrapped in a paper towel. Please post to our clinic address.
Yes, Katrina still consults with clients daily, however she is often booked months in advance. We recommend calling the clinic to book her next availability and if urgent, ask to go on her cancellation list.
Please bring any pertinent blood or pathology results and any supplements you are currently taking.
If you need to cancel, please let us know 48 hours prior to avoid any cancellation fees.

Yes, we consult with people all over the world. Please contact our clinic via email so we can work out the best time and date for your consult.
We work with lots of different labs for the best pathology tests, our preferred blood pathology is QML, we also use RN, Nutripath, Genostics, NIMM, Applied Analytical and many other labs.
