I take Zinc twice daily due to having Pyrrole Disorder. I take this product every morning and it tastes great, especially in coconut water. I'd never heard of Quercetin before seeing Katrina, having lost my sister to cancer at age 50 and heart issues on my Mums side of the family tree i'm glad to have this supplement in my arsenal. Katrina only sources the best ingredients and my body craves this every morning.
